| This article, based on an analysis of regulatory acts and law enforcement practice, examines the key problematic is
sues in the pre-trial appeal procedure for decisions, acts, and actions (inactions) of regulatory (supervisory) bodies.
The author concludes that the pre-trial dispute resolution model established by the Federal Law «On State Control
(Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation» for resolving disputes between regulated entities and
regulatory (supervisory) bodies does not provide a systematic set of appeal rules and contains gaps and inconsistencies.
Therefore, it requires development, including by expanding the methods for electronic appeals of decisions, acts, and
actions (inactions) of regulatory (supervisory) bodies. |
