| The article is devoted to the study of some issues related to the legal regulation of the provision of high-tech medical
care in the Russian Federation. The provision of this type of medical care is important for citizens, as it is aimed at treat
ing the most complex diseases using new technologies, while this activity is subject to regulatory regulation. In addition,
the article analyzes the general state of legal regulation of high-tech medical care, as well as the role and importance of
the activities of state executive authorities in this area. A separate place in the article is devoted to the importance of the
established procedure for receiving high-tech medical care. Based on the research materials, a conclusion is drawn about
the problems of legal regulation in obtaining and providing high-tech medical care, as well as proposals for solving the
identified problems. |
