| This article explores the risk indicators used in state land supervision activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements
for the use of land plots belonging to various land categories. It notes the ongoing process of adapting the list of risk indicators initially proposed for practical use by regulatory and supervisory bodies, assesses their substantive focus, and substanti
ates proposals for their quantitative optimization to foster uniform law enforcement practices. Particular attention is paid
to new approaches by courts to regulating changes in the types of permitted use of land plots within the framework of
the implementation of an integrated territorial development agreement. |
