| based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience of legal regulation of artificial intelligence, the article formulates the principles of building a legal mechanism for the application of AI in the banking sector, including the principles of: a risk-oriented approach to regulation; transparency of decision-making algorithms; ensuring banking security; a combination of administrative, financial, and civil liability measures; mandatory and continuous monitoring of AI systems; non-discriminatory access to the results of the application of artificial intelligence; and protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. |
