| The article examines the communicative properties of law in the context of understanding the processes of law formation and the normative practice of adopting a legal system. The article emphasizes that the communicative nature of law has a narrow and broad understanding: in a narrow sense, it is associated with the instrumental nature of law as a means of transmitting legal information and the function of communication in society; in a broad sense, it is considered a fundamental property of law as a social phenomenon in its connection with linguistic and normative practices in society. The broad approach is poorly represented in the domestic dogma of law and is widespread in the analytical tradition, where linguo-philosophical research has significantly influenced the understanding of law as an institutional communicative system. |
