| The onset of an infectious disease caused by violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules, as well as the rules of asepsis and antisepsis in the provision of medical care, is a serious complication, which usually leads to harm to health or death of the patient. Such crimes that caused infectious disease and committed by medical workers, have their own forensic significant features, which allow us to distinguish them from the group of iatrogenic crimes and determine their criminalistic characteristic for creating a special investigation methodology. |
