Abstract
Regional integration processes serve as a powerful catalyst for redefining existing balances in both the economic and political spheres. As the paradigm of international cooperation shifts, regional unions of states are increasingly influencing legislative development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformative effects of regional integration on the formation of national systems of state control (supervision) and the procedures for implementing it. Research into the challenges of modernizing state control (supervision) associated with states' accession to regional unions is especially relevant given that the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation identifies deepening cooperation in the Eurasian region as one of the strategic objectives of Russia's foreign policy. This article examines the social relations arising from the legal regulation of state control (supervision) in the context of states' participation in various types of integration associations. The article analyzes changes in the object, subject, stage, and procedures of state control (supervision) in national jurisdictions under the influence of both advisory and mandatory acts of integration associations. The author concludes that integration leads to a qualitative reconfiguration of national systems of state control (supervision) in the following areas: unification of the subject of control, harmonization of procedures, and divergence of functions.
