| The article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to juridical project activity, its concept, and characteristics. Based on the study of existing legal approaches, the history of the development of juridical project activity in Russia, and the current legislation, the legal nature of juridical project activity is investigated. It is concluded that the term «juridical project activity» is not synonymous with the term «project activity in law». The concept of «juridical project activity» is a complex composite concept, the nature of which is determined by the concepts of «project activity» and «juridical activity». As a result of the study, the characteristic features inherent in juridical project activity were identified, which allowed the authors to use the synthesis method to formulate the most acceptable definition of the concept of «juridical project activity». |
