| The purpose of this study is to typify the situations that arise at the initial stage of investigating fraud in the field of residential real estate transactions committed using information and telecommunication technologies. Research methods: abstraction, induction, empirical analysis, idealization, constructive introduction of theoretical objects, and general scientific and philosophical justification. Research results: typical situations that arise at the initial stage of investigation of fraud in the sphere of circulation of residential premises, committed with the use of information and telecommunication technologies, are identified. Problematic components of such situations are revealed. Ways of improvement of certain tactical and organizational aspects of the practice of investigation of crimes of the analyzed type are proposed. |
