| The article discusses topical issues of understanding and studying the current level of development of legislative definitions in the context of digitalization of public relations. The understanding of legislative definitions has been studied at different levels of perception of such an ambiguously interpreted legal phenomenon. The understanding of legislative definitions in the context of the development of legal doctrine and the improvement of modern Russian legislation is analyzed. The research methodology has a fairly extensive list of components, which focus on formal legal (technical and legal) methods of legal research, methods of legal forecasting, comparative law and other components of the methodological system. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of legislative definitions in the field of digital development of modern society. |
