| High social dynamics causes a significant update of the content and forms of education, including legal education. The goal of the work is to determine the scope and possibilities of state influence on the content of legal education. The methodology is based on the analysis of strategic documents adopted by the highest state bodies and the extrapolation of the identified values to the educational sphere. The article argues that the state, represented by the highest state bodies, plays a key role in updating legal education. Strategic documents adopted in the country directly outline the substantive contours that should be embodied in the content of legal education. These are the legal aspects of ensuring scientific and technological development and preserving traditional values. It is substantiated that the current legal mechanisms regulating education allow for the prompt and adequate implementation of the strategic request of the modern Russian state. |
