| In this article, the authors examine the transformation of the contract system for the procurement of goods, works, and services to meet state and municipal needs in the context of the emerging platform economy. They analyze both the benefits and potential risks of using government information systems developed to improve procurement performance by procurement participants. Particular attention is paid to exploring the challenges associated with integrating complex software and hardware solutions into procurement procedures. The final section of the study highlights the sustainable improvement in the development of digital platforms, particularly in the context of the contract system for public procurement in the Russian Federation. |
