| This article explores the constitutional aspects of the practical implementation of updated ideas of symphonic and conciliar power (secular and spiritual) as the spiritual and moral foundation of the triumvirate of power in modern Russia. Analyzing the fundamental tenets of the social concepts of traditional religious denominations in the Russian Federation, as well as the practice of "cooperation" between representatives of the Church and state and local government bodies, the author concludes that this collaboration is effective in addressing the strategically important challenges of shaping legal awareness and national identity among the population as the foundation of Russia's constitutional and socio-political development. |
