| The article is devoted to the study of the names of atypical normative legal acts based on established classification criteria. The purpose of the article is to identify various names of normative legal acts that can be classified as atypical acts. The article uses the methods of dialectics, comparison, analysis, induction, and deduction. In particular, the author determines which names of normative legal acts should be considered typical, and based on this dialectical contrast, the analysis of non-standard (atypical) normative legal acts is conducted. Examples of adopted normative legal acts with atypical names are provided. It is concluded that there are currently a large number of "unusual" names that are usually used for special (derivative) legal acts, and the list of such names should be considered open, taking into account current trends. |
