Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of problems in delineating the competence of courts that resolve judicial administrative disputes. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the legal regulation of this judicial activity is carried out both in the CAS RF and in the APK RF. Therefore, there is a difficulty in delineating the competence to resolve judicial administrative disputes between courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts. There are also difficulties within the system of courts of general jurisdiction in distinguishing administrative cases that are subject to military courts. The purpose of this work is to identify the existing model of delineating the competence of arbitration courts, military courts, and other courts of general jurisdiction in cases of judicial administrative disputes. This requires solving the tasks of analyzing existing legal acts and judicial practice, and identifying the problems of the existing approach. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn about possible ways to improve the legal regulation of the competence of courts that consider cases of judicial administrative disputes.
