| The article is devoted to the issues of conducting state monitoring of water bodies and using its results for the purposes of environmental control (supervision). The article examines the regulatory legal acts adopted in the field of regulation of state monitoring of water bodies at both the federal and regional levels. The article identifies the shortcomings of the existing system of organizing state monitoring of water bodies. The article provides a number of proposals for changing and supplementing the current legislation. |
