In the course of their research, the authors have revealed the structure of terminal values and have identified the preferred areas of life of employees of organizations that are at the business stability stage. The study, which involved 50 subjects, was carried out in two Nizhni Novgorod companies. At the stage of data collection, which included two steps (the diagnosis of the business development phase and the psychological study proper), we used the methods of questioning and testing. At the stage of data processing, descriptive statistics methods were used along with nonparametric Mann-Whitney test and cluster analysis.
