| We describe the first results of the experimental study aimed at identifying the psychological structure of innovation activity. One of the components of the psychological structure, the leading motive of innovation activity, has been revealed. A comparison was made of the leading motive of innovation activity with the motives of economic and learning activities. The hypotheses for further research were put forward. |
