Society is seen as a kind of dynamic emerging entity with different layers of phenomena. The functioning of society is based on self-organizational cycles. These cycles involve multiple levels of functioning; starting from the level of individuals, social groups, organizations (which interact within the framework of the whole) through phases of merging of interests; with the goals of social actors rising to the level of social reflection and awareness, which by its nature begins to affect the behavior of the social actors. There is a process of adjustment according to the requirements of the human community. The difficulties in the self-organizational units cycle, as determined by the conditions necessary to unlock and activate them are considered. The society’s stages of getting out of stagnation and actualizing the conditions that make a society truly developing are discussed in detail.
