Abstract
The state of the problem of creativity in modern domestic and foreign science is described, the concept of social creativity is specified, the main conditions and the factors that determine the development of social creativity are considered. The main approaches to the analysis of the phenomenon of creativity in the general and social psychology and in management are conceptualized. Tools and scales used in the measurement of creativity are analyzed, along with the problems of the creative environment and control over creative activity of the personality.
