Abstract
The article provides the results of theoretical and empirical research on psychological barriers of employment at different stages of the professionalization process. It is shown that one of such barriers is the conflict between individual values of unemployed people and organizational development values that are intrinsic to the innovative companies. The analysis of peculiarities of value conflicts of non-working university students and long-term unemployed people with economic educational background in social, role and gender frames is given.
