Abstract
The article covers fundamentals and core characteristics of H.A Simon’s bounded rationality concept from the point of view of its implication opportunities for identification, creation and implementation of managerial decisions on change management projects. Cognitive and practical managerial potentials for an adequate interpretation of change management opportunities and limitations are analysed. The main ways of minimizing bounded rationality choices in the context of elaboration and implementation of organizational change management projects are also identified.
