The author analyzes the peculiarities of personality development of adolescents and teenagers in the activity system of L.S. Vygotsky's school. Student milieu, which aims to create conditions for joint activities, produces a strong socializing and educational effect on the student's personality. It is necessary to create an innovative system to manage personality development of future professionals with the account of specific features of the profession they are learning, university stage of training and socio-psychological characteristics of the students and teachers.
