| In this article, we consider general trends of quality assurance and competitiveness of Russian universities and present our analysis of the Russian universities' participation in international rankings. International scientific conferences are viewed as an instrument for increasing the competitiveness of universities. The article provides a methodology for quality planning and evaluation of the results of international scientific conferences on the basis of ROI. |
